Altro is looking for a proactive HR Administrator to support our HR Advisor and the rest of the HR Team.
The HR department supports both Altro and our sister company, Autoglym, providing a comprehensive and professional service to all employees and managers. The department comprises HR Business Partnering, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Payroll & Benefits teams.
This is a full-time, permanent position, with the benefit of hybrid working (min 3 days a week on-site at our Letchworth Garden City HQ).

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with previous experience of working within a busy HR department and previous experience of using HR Systems. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and be able to prioritize their workload efficiently.
