As one of the fastest growing businesses in the industry, Montu is now actively looking to expand the team to take the company to the next level.Role descriptionThe role of the Pharmacy Support Associate within the Pharmacy team & requires a dynamic and patient centric individual who wants to help patients navigate their journey through the pharmacy.Annual Salary £26,000 PA Pro-rataResponsibilities will include but not be restricted to :Answering patient queries by telephone and emailAdministrative duties associated with the processing of prescriptionsProblem solving basic IT issues patients may have, including the use of Shopify and issues with payments.Communicate with members of the pharmacy team and clinic to ensure medications are dispensed in a timely manner.Support the Pharmacy team in the following areas:Managing prescriptions received from clinicProblem solving minor queriesFirst point of contact for any quality issues with medicationSupporting patients to navigate their care within the pharmacy and clinicSupporting administrative tasks associated with ordering processesSupport operational and clinical recruitment and onboardingBe first point of contact for any complaints and incidents, collate feedback and liaise with Head of Governance on complaints and complimentsReport Incidents and significant events and liaise with Head of Governance on Incident and Significant eventsLiaise with product and tech support team on technical issuesWork closely with line manager and wider team on service improvementAttend work related meetings as requiredTo maintain all mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPSShift based and flexible working maybe requiredSkills, Experience, and Qualification:Excellent Communication2 plus years of work experienceWorking in a healthcare environment advantageous but not essentialExcellent attention to detailGood understanding of working a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPsHigh level of IT proficiencyAbility to work under pressureBenefits:You'll get a 30 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata.You can join our generous pension scheme and the employer will match contributionsup to 5%You can avail Paternity or Maternity benefit which are in line with the statutory schemeThere are lots of opportunities to work on cross-team projects and represent Montu at events such as awards, trade shows and fairsCycle to work scheme
