RECOVERIES ADMINISTRATOR – £26,000 - £28,000 – CITY CENTRE – HYBRID – 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

As a Recoveries Administrator, you will support the credit control team with 3rd party debt recovery administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Liaison with Debt Recovery Agencies and Solicitors.
2. Effective management of customer queries through vendors, dealing with queries within agreed SLA’s, minimising risk.
3. Using negotiation skills daily to reach resolutions.
Full training for the role will be provided. Excellent investigative skills, fluent English with strong written and verbal communication, and being systems savvy will ensure success in this role.
While an understanding of a credit control function's operational processes would be beneficial, your strong admin and customer focus, coupled with team working strengths, are more important when considering suitability for the role.
