Responsible for ensuring all Admin in the department is accurate, timely and organised. Will ensure Despatch Operatives have the correct paperwork. Keeping all filing up to date and accurate
To Print Orders with Minimum Date
To prepare Load Plans for Despatch
To send Aldi Transport Provisional Booking
To ensure all Load Plans and Delivery Notes are correct.
To Book transport for retailer
To create Manual Delivery Notes
To print out Delivery Notes from customers websites
Create and close Loose Job Sheets
To Check the Minus sheet for missing product.
To Print the Minus Sheet to give to Despatch Operatives
To Organize Load Collections when required.
To Organize the Pallet Split for the Retailers.
Filling and uploading details for P2D
To allocate arriving trucks for loading bays and collecting the keys once truck on the bay
To make sure all drivers are signing in upon their arrival and out once they’re leaving
To look for ways of improving the Processes and Systems.
