SMARTY is seeking a highly skilled and motivated GTM Project Manager to join our Go To Market team. As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of large projects, ensuring the realisation of business benefits and effective collaboration across functional groups.
1. Lead functional groups of people, both internally and externally, to work collaboratively and achieve the business benefits of one or more large projects.
2. Take ownership of ideation, definition, discovery, delivery, debrief, and overall leadership of large projects, ensuring they are well structured and supported by a solid plan.
3. Align initiatives with technical and business resources, coordinate progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively.
4. Track, share, and implement learnings to drive a culture of continual improvement across all initiatives.
5. Assure and govern the effective utilisation of budget investments to deliver desired business outcomes.
6. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
7. Collaborate with delivery partners to understand project demand, secure resources, and achieve shared outcomes.
8. Provide the capability to manage change within project scope and budget, providing clear, simple, and transparent reporting, including RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency)

9. Be responsible for successfully delivering props and productions to the market.
10. Set direction and provide leadership to the project team, including internal and partner resources.
11. Manage the end-to-end and day-to-day aspects of the project.
12. Ensure effective utilisation of budget investments to deliver desired business outcomes (future).
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand project demand, secure resources, and reach a shared outcome.
14. Govern and assure the effective delivery of the project, including aligned plans and timely escalations and mitigations.
15. Hold the team, both internal and external, accountable for successful delivery.
16. Execute project management activities in alignment with SMARTY Ways of Working, including RAID management, resource allocation, cost management, scope management, quality assurance, communication, and partner management.
17. Maintain and report accurate budget vs. actual position (future).
18. Coordinate data review from various sources to create post-implementation reviews for new launches and channel changes.
19. Drive root cause analysis and process improvement to eliminate issues causing customer dissatisfaction.
20. Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing the end customer experience.
Qualifications
21. Experience working with a digital business, ideally within a Go To Market or Project Management function (startup experience preferable).
22. Proficiency in Agile project management delivery frameworks and a track record of continuous improvement.
23. Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering large complex projects with complex technical or business outcomes.
24. Ability to inspire a culture of continuous evaluation and change adoption across SMARTY.
25. Strong ability to develop, coach, and motivate cross-functional teams, both internal and external (sometimes virtual) partners.
26. Evidence of leadership and people skills, with the ability to manage diverse initiatives in areas such as legal, commercial, and customer experience.

28. The salary range for this role starts at £53,760, the exact salary will differ by job and experience

30. Hybrid working between your home (2-3 days a week) and our brand new Reading HQ office at Green Park (2-3 days a week)

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
