We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team supporting our Group Finance function in Liverpool. This role is a full time, permanent role that offers hybrid working.
The purpose of the Finance Administrator is to support the effective delivery of Accounts Payable services from the Amey Business Service Centre.
The standard hours of work are Monday – Friday, based on 37.5 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:
* Aspects of invoice processing
* Investigation of invoice queries
* Liaising with internal stakeholders e.g. Procurement
* Maintaining vendor relationships
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Operating to and within agreed SLAs/OLAs
* Liaison with business & Suppliers
We want to hear from you if you have:
* Qualifications including 5 GCSEs A-C
* Ideally experience in a similar Accounts payable role, however, this is non-essential
* The ability to follow set processes and deliver outputs
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to be an excellent team player
