Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our AM2 testing centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, resources, and activities to ensure the smooth delivery of assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the AM2 testing programme, ensuring high-quality assessments and maintaining NET compliance.
2. Coordinate centre organisation, including ordering materials and equipment as needed.
3. Contribute to the accreditation process, working closely with the NET team to maintain centre status.
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team coordination.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will work primarily from our MidKent College campus, with occasional travel to other locations as required.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
