Due to planned and continued growth within our client's business, Paisley Site Services are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to work externally visiting customers. They work in a wide range of sectors including Manufacturing, Distribution, Hire & Sales, offering multi-discipline services to various sectors such as Housebuilding, Regeneration, Commercial projects, and the Petrochemical sector. They are a forward-thinking, ever-evolving business and are looking for someone who brings experience, knowledge, ideas, energy, and leadership to allow the company to maximize its potential and future growth.
The business ambitions are to secure large wholesale and distribution agreements within the UK and internationally for our product range while identifying new opportunities and developing new and innovative products to supplement our client base.
Overall, Purpose of the Role
1. Generate new business opportunities and leads.
2. Maximize existing business opportunities and upsell to our existing client base.
3. Identify new innovative products and services to expand the group offering and increase our portfolio.
4. Identify and pursue new prospective clients and existing clients to maximize spend and generate hire and sales to meet the business objectives and KPI's.
5. Provide feedback into the performance of product lines to management to improve the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
6. Assist the Sales Manager in developing efficiencies to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
7. Move and work as a team - we all succeed or fail together.
8. Lead generation through targeted prospecting utilizing current skills and knowledge.
