Responsibilities
The role of Logistics Coordinator will consist of the following tasks and duties:
1. Managing stock levels using IT systems
2. Negotiate with suppliers
3. Meet established deadlines
4. Facilitate communication amongst production, sales and shop floor
5. Overseeing warehouse operations
6. Supervise orders and arrange stock of raw materials and associated equipment to ensure they meet fluctuating demands
7. Implement any HSE and QSE directives given by the management team
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
8. Experience in planning, purchasing, delivering goods and services to customers
9. Advanced Excell data analysis and reporting experience
10. Ability to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods
11. Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities
12. Excellent IT Skills
13. Experience in a Customer Orientated role
14. Well-versed in supply management principles and practices
