Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to lead our building and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
About the Role:
* To set up and manage multi-functional project teams to deliver projects in accordance with internal requirements and compliance to Airbus procedures.
* Lead MFTs through the detailed design of building services, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
* To ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to achieve project goals.
2. Coordinate and manage all aspects of project delivery, including procurement, construction, and commissioning.
3. Ensure that all project team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities and provide necessary training and support.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress, including budget tracking and status updates.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project team members.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
