Keen Dental Practice is expanding! We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.
Duties
1. Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
2. Manage incoming phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette, directing calls to the relevant departments or personnel.
3. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
4. Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
5. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
6. Support administrative tasks including appointment scheduling and managing calendars for staff members.
7. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required.
8. Maintain an organised reception area that reflects the professionalism of the company.
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
1. Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
2. Proficiency in using computerised systems and software.
3. Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Excellent attention to detail for data entry tasks.
5. A friendly and professional attitude towards clients and colleagues alike.
6. Previous experience in a dental environment is advantageous but not essential.
