Fleet Administrator
Location:Fleet, HampshireSalary:£26,000 - £29,000 DOEHours:Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Join our dynamic team as a Fleet Administrator and play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Management:
* Hire vehicles for new starters and specific job needs.
* Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance, including MOTs, repairs, and servicing.
* Log HGV requirements and ensure weekly inspections.
* Monitor vehicle trackers to maintain safety checklists.
Training Coordination:
* Monitor and update the training matrix, booking renewals before expiry.
* Coordinate new training for client contracts.
* Oversee new starter onboarding, including induction, training, IT setup, and PPE.
* Ensure all certificates are saved and logged accurately.
Additional Duties:
* Book hotels for staff, handle credit card payments, raise purchase orders, and assist with supplier invoice queries.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience:Previous experience in a similar role.
* Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), excellent communication, and high organizational skills.
* Attributes:Diligent, highly organized, and a great communicator.
