Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the project repository for the S4 HANA Programme.
2. Support the S4 HANA PMO Lead in administrative activities associated with the programme, including resource management, plan maintenance, and programme governance.
3. Support in the co-ordination of project costs, working with the Programme Finance Partner.
4. Write and maintain programme governance documents.
5. Collect and assimilate timesheets for all contractors.
6. Arrange travel for all the Programme Team as required.
7. Create Purchase Orders, goods receipt, and Invoice reconciliation for the programme.
8. Prepare/consolidate monthly progress reports.
9. Maintain holiday bookings for the Programme Team including contractors.
10. Organise project meetings as required.

Technical Competencies & Qualifications:
1. Experience of large technical programme and PMO experience is desirable.
2. Must be fluent in MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Must be numerate.
4. Language skills: Fluent in English, other languages are an asset.
5. Presentation skills - Project Co-ordination skills.
