Data Inputter - Milton Keynes We're recruiting an experienced Data Inputter Administrator who is friendly, adaptable and can confidently manage general administrative duties for Chartwells on a part time basis, contracted to 27.5 hours per week. Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: To place food and ambient orders for a group of schools in accordance with, and to, the standard required by Chartwells, the contract specification and statutory regulations To keep the General Manager updated on a daily / weekly basis of any issues with the food and ambient ordering To be the first point of contact for the Group Managers and kitchen Team Leaders for food and ambient requirements, delivery issues and shortages To collate and sort the pre-ordered figures from the relevant ordering system Using the figures supplied, prepare the food ordering sheets for each school, ready to place the food orders Place the food orders into the Brakes system (via the internet and the Brakes website) to meet the required delivery dates Adjust the food orders from the weekly stock sheets sent in by the schools Our ideal Data Inputter Administrator will: Be passionate exceptional customer service Have excellent communication and organisational skills Demonstrate brilliant time keeping and reliability Have attention for detail Be a committed and honest individual who always works to very high standards Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill Part of Compass Group UK&I, Chartwells is the leading provider of catering and support services to the education sector.
