The Role
The school are looking for an experienced SEN PE Teacher to deliver high-quality KS2 teaching, specializing in Physical Education, within small class sizes of no more than eight students.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of your class while contributing to the wider school environment.
Assess, record, and report on pupil progress in accordance with school policies.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Support and mentor Assistant Teachers and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.
Participate in staff meetings, multidisciplinary meetings, and professional development activities.
Monitor student well-being and liaise with care staff, medical professionals, and behaviour support teams to provide appropriate support.A full job description is available upon request.
