Job Overview:
Keplin Group LTD is seeking a highly detail-oriented and Excel-savvy Logistics Administrator to join our logistics team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of shipment records, timely communication with stakeholders, and seamless international shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor shipment statuses and maintain accurate system records.
* Provide timely shipment updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
* Ensure real-time tracking and monitoring of all shipments.
* Maintain compliance with international shipping procedures and customs regulations.
* Utilise advanced MS Excel skills to analyse logistics data and generate reports.
* Support the freight and PO system to optimise logistics processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
* 1-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation. (Preferred)
* Strong understanding of international shipping processes and customs clearance.
* Proficiency in freight and PO systems.
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Shipment accuracy rate & timeliness of updates.
* Error rate in system records.
* Customer satisfaction (measured by complaints and feedback).
* Documentation accuracy (ensuring invoices and packing lists are prepared at least two weeks before shipment ETA).
Objectives & Key Success Priorities (OKSPs):
* Deliver timely and accurate communication to stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust.
* Ensure real-time monitoring and precise tracking of all shipments to facilitate seamless logistics operations.
* Maintain complete and error-free shipping documentation to enable smooth cargo receiving at the warehouse.
