The brands you’ll come to love ❤️ Park Christmas Savings highstreetvouchers.com Love2shop Main Responsibilities ❤️ If you're passionate about crafting copy and imagery for email, SMS and direct mail that engages and converts customers, then this role is for you: Crafting captivating copy. Writing gripping subject lines, engaging copy, and compelling calls to action to convert customers and drive revenue. Design dazzling emails. Collaborate with our design team or have a go yourself using InDesign or Canva to create visually stunning emails that pop in inboxes. Build the communication using captivating copy and images using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Be a brand guardian. Apply the brand guidelines and Tone of Voice across all marketing communications. A/B test like a pro Alongside the team, experiment with different subject lines, content, and send times to optimise open and click-through rates. Track and analyse. Alongside the team, monitor email performance metrics and use data to refine future campaigns – celebrate the wins and drive improvements. Stay ahead of the curve. Keep up with the latest email marketing trends and best practices. Essentials skills required ❤️ Excellent planning, project management, organisational skills, time management and the ability to prioritise workload. Copy writing, understanding of grammar, proof reading skills, with excellent attention to detail. Commercially aware with the ability to align to business KPI’s. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral. Ability to keep calm under pressure. Able to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite. A can-do attitude and positive approach. Ability to work independently after training and as part of a team. Desirable but not essential ❤️ Relevant degree/marketing/direct marketing qualification. Experience in email marketing. Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar template driven comms building platform to build electronic marketing communications. Experience and understanding of Google Analytics to track and report on revenue driving communications campaigns.
