Here at Willmott Dixon, we are currently recruiting for our degree apprenticeship roles on our Management Trainee scheme to start with us in September 2025. We have a vacancy for a Trainee Business Development Manager to join our London and East team who are based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and deliver construction projects across multiple sectors within north London, the northern home counties and East Anglia.
As a Trainee Business Development Manager your career will focus on understanding the Willmott Dixon service offering which will help you to identify viable project opportunities which the business can bid/tender for. We will provide you with all the support you require to study for a relevant degree qualification whilst you are gaining valuable, hands-on experience on our construction projects.
We have been nurturing our future talent in this way for over 40 years and a number of our past Management Trainees are now in senior managerial roles or sit on the main board. This is a structured, proven route to a management role in one of the most forward-thinking construction companies in the UK.
