Technical Architect - £70k - North Yorkshire / Hybrid The Bridge IT have partnered with a leading MSP to recruit a Technical Architect. Our client are currently undergoing a huge period of growth, and therefore are looking to expand their team. The Role: This is a key role in shaping, designing, and delivering complex technical solutions using modern methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. You will be responsible for theend-to-end architectureof software solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical discussions, and mentoring developers. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver high-quality technical solutions that align with business and customer requirements. Own the architecture, implementation, and delivery of complex software solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritise, and refine requirements. Lead and contribute to thetechnical designof solutions using Agile methodologies. Select the appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks to ensure the best outcomes. Provide architectural input intoHigh-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD & LLD), cost estimations, and documentation. Promote best practices inDevOps, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD). Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and champion engineering excellence. Ensure solutions meetnon-functional requirementssuch as security, scalability, performance, and maintainability. Required Skills: Extensive experience insoftware developmentand delivering complex, enterprise-grade applications. Strong expertise in.NET and related frameworks(knowledge of front-end development is a plus). Deep understanding ofCloud-based architectures(preferably Azure). Proven track record inAgile/DevOps environments, with knowledge of CI/CD best practices. Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
