The Cluster Revenue Manager will:
1. Maximise revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures.
2. Drive the continued development and growth of customer service standards, revenue, and profits from multiple hotels.
3. Deliver the company’s mission relating to profit, people, customer, and quality.
4. Have experience of OnQ, Ideas, etc.
5. Report to a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, holding key relationships within the company.
As Cluster Revenue Manager you will have:
1. Solid revenue management experience
2. Great influencing and communication skills
3. Organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability
4. Effective time management, be a decision maker, be detail orientated and be able to manipulate data.
5. Agility to respond to different work situations.
6. Accountability and resilience.
Minimum Requirements:
You must have worked in the hospitality sector, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
