Protocol Education is on the lookout for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a SEND provision in Colchester, where you’ll work with students who have a range of special needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD. No experience is required—just a strong desire to support and encourage students every day!

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Work closely with students to support their learning, social development, and emotional well-being.
* Use a friendly, positive approach to help children engage in lessons and activities.
* Build strong relationships with students, gaining their trust and providing consistent support.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure that each child’s needs are met, no matter their individual requirements.
Details:
* Full-time, long-term position (available 5 days a week from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
* Based at a specialist SEND provision in Colchester.
