Online Booking Administrator
Salary: £26,000 + commission
Hours: 39 hours per week, working 4 shifts out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
Location: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and resolve booking issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Use multiple supplier systems to manage and re-book holidays efficiently.
* Securely process customer payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain up-to-date and precise records in the internal booking system.
* Consistently work towards and exceed booking targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless booking journey.
Who We're Looking For:
* Experience working in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn and navigate online booking systems swiftly.
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
* A proactive, self-motivated team player who takes initiative.
* Travel sales experience is a plus but not essential.
