Deli Supervisor required for our client based in Maghera 40hpw - Mon - Sun (5 days per week) - Permanent role Duties Include: Staff management: recruiting, training, and supervising staff, across Deli & Burger & Co. Supporting, coaching and empowering the team. Completing Rotas and ensuring all gaps are covered. Menu planning: Working with the team to create menus that are cost effective and appealing for the customer, up to date with current trends and of a high quality. Budgeting: Working towards targets for sales, wastage, shrinkage & labour. Inventory management: ordering products, controlling stock, and stock taking. Health and safety: Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Including signing off weekly paperwork, investigating missing records and coaching staff to ensure gaps are kept to a minimum. Customer service: Serving customers, investigating complaints, and ensuring they're dealt with and closed out, coaching the team to provide the best customer service. Event management: Overseeing food services at events, planning in advance of events Processes: Supporting the management of processes in store - Observe and coach the team to ensure processes are carried out & signed off daily. Management Meetings: Attend weekly management meetings in order to plan for the coming weeks.
