WAREHOUSE LEAD - ONLINE FASHION BRAND - B2B / B2C

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced B2B E-COMMERCE WAREHOUSE LEAD from the e-commerce online industry to join their team based in Salford.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on their brands across men’s, ladies, and children’s clothing, underwear & accessories with high street and online retailers. This role will supervise 2 warehouse staff and be responsible for all E-COMMERCE WAREHOUSE orders as the business grows stronger each year. Candidates need to be experienced with LINNWORKS systems, have managed a warehouse team, and be able to work in a fast-paced and ever-expanding B2B business.
Responsibilities:
1. Using LINNWORK system for all ecommerce orders B2C
2. Managing a team of 2 warehouse staff, with plans for expansion over the next year
3. Daily control of Inventory team, Goods In/Out & Systems departments to ensure stock integrity
4. Ensuring goods in & goods out products comply with product specifications
5. Smooth running of a busy team, prioritizing premium orders to ensure timely fulfillment
6. Support the returns function ensuring all returns are processed and stock control maintained
7. Accountability for meeting and exceeding targets and goals
8. Manage the performance of your team, both positively and developmentally
9. Participate / lead continuous improvement programs and operational development
10. Maintain high standards of stock control and stock reports
11. Review and report on resource requirements against anticipated scheduling/future business plans/new products
12. Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and resolving issues as they arise
13. Deal with a range of shipments e.g. Royal Mail, DHL, Clipper on a daily basis
14. Responsible for maintaining packaging/packing lists/delivery notes for all orders
15. Accurately record and report sickness absence to HR
16. Carry out all health & safety obligations; ensuring safe working conditions are maintained
17. Carry out any other duties at the request of management
Personal Attributes and Skills:
1. Experience managing warehouse staff
2. Goods in and out - supply chain experience from China and the Far East
3. Experience with stock takes
4. Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce / D2C business
5. Strong leadership abilities, driving results through a team approach
6. Ability to engage, coach, and develop your team
7. Ability to stay motivated during large seasonal changes in demand and staffing
8. Ability to challenge the ‘status-quo’ of the operation and implement improvement plans
9. Strong organizational and management skills
10. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with people at any level

14. Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Benefits:
1. Full-time, Permanent
2. Salary: Up to £35K per annum DOE including company benefits scheme
3. Schedule: Monday to Friday
4. Based in Salford
5. 37.5 hours a week, typical working day is 9-5:30 with an hour off for lunch
6. Pension at 4% (employer matched)
7. 25 days holiday (20 days plus 5 ‘duvet days’)

9. Discretionary bonus at 4% of salary
