Administrator– Grampian Vaccination and Immunisation Programme, Public Health – Band 3
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated administrator who enjoys working in a transforming and fast paced environment to join our team.
The post holder will play an important role providing a range of administrative activities to the Grampian Vaccination and Immunisation Programme Team. You will have an enthusiastic approach, excellent organisation skills and will be a team player. The post holder should be able to co-ordinate work efficiently and effectively within a larger group structure. While working under direction, you must also have the confidence to act on your own initiative.
The post holder should be educated to a standard grade level or have equivalent relevant experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is a flexible approach to working. You will be experienced in Microsoft Office packages e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge and experience of the NHS and vaccination programmes would be advantageous and a knowledge of note taking would be desirable.
