Job Description As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our people team through rolling out and improving a new global HR platform. You will be responsible for building out our internal HR tooling landscape and defining the ongoing roadmap for this area. In this role you will focus on identifying opportunities to help our internal users achieve success and work closely with a development team to deliver a best-in-class HR experience for all Stepstone employees. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. Your responsibilities Drive the day-to-day progress on multiple initiatives, delivering innovative and scalable solutions to meet business needs Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products and solutions and work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps Own the product teams backlog and ensure that the team is constantly delivering value, ensure products and releases are launched and communicated across the business and address dependencies, remove roadblocks and drive key product decisions Analyse data to identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing solutions, and collect feedback from users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products Maintain a holistic perspective on the product, from features to security, supportability, scalability and privacy Qualifications Proven work experience as a Product Manager or similar role Experience working with HR platforms, specifically Workday Proven track record of managing all aspects of product throughout its lifecycle, as well as proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management Skilled at working and collaborating effectively with cross functional teams, influencing and negotiation skills ability to manage expectations Familiarity with Agile framework Experience of using data and customer feedback to inform decisions Additional Information Were a community here that cares as much about your life outside work as how you feel when youre with us.
