RESIDENTIAL SURVEYOR
Oxfordshire/Berkshire/M4 corridor – based at home
Independent practice seeks a Residential Surveyor to undertake Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys for members of the public. If the candidate is a Registered Valuer, there is also Valuation work (not for lending), and if not yet eligible, training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS or FRICS, although an AssocRICS member will be considered with a view to gaining full Chartered status.
As a firm, we are forward-thinking with IT and provide you with all the necessary kit for ease of use with the latest software and high-quality equipment.
The successful candidate will be based from home to cover a designated area from their locality, so will need a clean driving licence to travel between appointments. A car allowance and mileage payment will be provided.
Being home-based, your diary appointments are allocated in ‘am’ or ‘pm’ time slots. This provides flexibility so that you can organise your work/life balance around your appointments. We are committed to delivering reports to clients within 3 to 5 working days; how you process your administration time to ensure report delivery can be worked flexibly.
Growing the business within your designated area by way of personal contact with agents, solicitors, and mortgage brokers will be an ongoing piece of work to help instructions within key target areas close to your base.

This is a great opportunity for a keen, reliable, and self-motivated surveyor providing an attractive salary with a commission bonus payable for OTE twice a year. You must already have residential experience either from a building surveying or valuation discipline and have strong performance with risk awareness whilst completing reports to clients at a high standard.
