JobSummary:
As aPublic Sector Account Manager at ExcisCompliance Ltd. you ll play a crucial role in driving our growth inthe public sector by developing and nurturing relationships withgovernment entities and nonprofit organizations. You ll positionour worldclass IT services and compliance solutions to meet theunique needs of the public sector ensuring high levels of clientsatisfaction and contract success. This dynamic role requires ablend of strategic thinking sales expertise and a deepunderstanding of public sector procurementprocesses.
KeyResponsibilities:
ClientRelationship Management:
* Develop and maintain strong trusted relationships withpublic sector clients including government agencies educationalinstitutions and nonprofits.
* Serveas the primary point of contact ensuring exceptional customerservice and aligning our services with clientneeds.
* Conduct regular clientmeetings and satisfaction reviews to identify new opportunities forgrowth.
Sales& Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunitiestailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of public sectorclients.
* Create and delivercustomized sales proposals bids and presentations that align withpublic sector regulations and procurementprocesses.
* Negotiate and closecontracts ensuring all legal and compliance requirements aremet.
* Achieve or exceed salestargets and revenue goals for public sectoraccounts.
Strategic AccountPlanning:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their longtermgoals and develop tailored account plans.
* Provide accurate revenue forecasts and reports on clientretention and new business opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure our servicesalign with client objectives and deliver measurablevalue.
ContractManagement:
* Manage the full lifecycle of public sector contracts frominception to renewal ensuring compliance with procurement rules andregulations.
* Oversee contractdeliverables including RFPs RFQs and government procurementprocesses.
* Ensure seamless servicedelivery and proactively manage contractrenewals.
MarketKnowledge & Research:
* Stay informed on public sector trendslegislation and funding cycles to identify potential salesopportunities.
* Analyze market dataand competitors to strategically position Excis Compliance Ltd. inthe public sector market.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with marketing productdevelopment and technical teams to create solutions that meetpublic sector requirements.
* Communicate client feedback to improve our productsservices and customer support processes.
Requirements
KeyQualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor s degree in business publicadministration marketing or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales account management or businessdevelopment within the public sector.
* Experience managing large government accounts or federalcontracts.
* Deep understanding ofgovernment procurement contracting and compliancerequirements.
* Strong communicationand presentation skills with the ability to engage with seniorstakeholders.
* Demonstrated successin managing multiple accounts and complexprojects.
* Proactive independentworker with strong problemsolving abilities.
* Familiarity with CRM and contract managementsoftware.
