The Role
This is a new opportunity for a Retail Project Manager to join a growing operations team based in our Head Quarters in Lisburn. Reporting to the Divisional Operations Director, the successful candidate will manage the operational delivery of Retail Projects to meet customer requirements.
Key job responsibilities will include:
* Request quotations from external hauliers for transport.
* Arrange delivery, collections & exchanges with Lowe drivers & external hauliers, ensuring they are briefed on the detail required to deliver the project first time, on time, in Full.
* Create PO’s for delivery collections & exchanges.
* Track costs per project.
* Record cost on Monthly retail figures spreadsheets alongside Retail Sales Exec.
* Liaise with retail contractors regarding upcoming deliveries/ collections to ensure they are on track with their refits, onsite POC, delivery/ collections times and any changes.
* First point of contact for Lowe driver & external hauliers on all retail related jobs.
* Validate quality of installations, ensuring your project has been delivered in line with the Scope.
* On call out of hours & weekends for drivers/external hauliers & contractors.
* Establish a rota to cover weekend work throughout the refurb season.
* Ensuring our strong relationships with Retailers & contractors is maintained.
* Ensure Flowlens (CRM system) is kept up to date with costs, delivery status, planning documentation etc.
* Report on Unit performance during hire, liaise with Head of Service to identify improvement opportunities.
* Promote a strong H&S Culture within the business.
* Ensuring drivers are carrying out deliveries in line with company training and H&S guidance.
* Manage monthly financial reporting for retail – costs alongside Retail Sales Executive.
* Approve PO’s on satisfied work completed.
* Liaise with accounts re-monthly flash & check and variances with accounts.
Essential Criteria
* Excellent organisation skills.
* Demonstrable experience working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating live projects.
* High level of interpersonal communication.
* Fully proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
* Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Willing to learn and drive to succeed.
Desirable Criteria
* Previous experience working in a Project Management, Food Industry or Retail background.
* Knowledge of MST.
