Work location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £28,500

The role and what you'll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have an interest in technology? Littlefish is looking for a Service Desk Representative who is fluent in Dutch to provide technical support and top-tier customer service to our contract customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
* Assist in troubleshooting and managing networks and servers.
* Adhere to Littlefish standards and meet customer-specific SLAs when addressing technical queries.
* Communicate effectively with customers to ensure swift resolution of issues.
Candidate Requirements:
* Fluency in Dutch is essential for the role.
* Some experience or foundational knowledge in IT support, including personal projects or coursework.
* Basic understanding of Windows 10, Office 365 Admin Centre, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Enterprise Networks.
* A strong willingness to learn and develop in a technical support role.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and communication.
