You’ll ensure that all works carried out are completed to a high standard and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). You’ll do this by regular work in progress and post-work inspections, and will conduct regular 1-1’s/90-day reviews for your team, making sure any training needs are identified and that they remain fully skilled to carry out their roles. With your focus on delivering a great customer experience, you’ll work with your team to ensure an exceptional level of quality assurance is provided. But, when on the occasions where complaints are made, a full investigation is carried out to resolve matters quickly. You’ll be tasked with making sure the right action is taken to reduce complaints in future, the quality of the works improves, and customer satisfaction increases. You’ll also be responsible for making sure that all works are carried out in line with best value, taking full responsibility for the costs within your team. You’ll have a strong technical background of providing a maintenance and repairs service within a supervisory/senior position. It’s necessary to have an existing knowledge and experience of property construction and problem diagnosing / resolving. You’ll be a strong leader with a track record of successfully managing a team. And will be a confident communicator who remains professional and calm under pressure. To succeed In this role, you’ll be results driven to meet/exceed targets and continually improve our service. You’ll need a vehicle available for business use, to work from our various locations, sites and properties, as 80% of your time will be out on-site visiting properties and your trades.
