You can also view our careers page at Civil Service Careers Job description We are looking for an individual who would be a good team player, be organised and forward thinking, able to exercise judgement, deliver quality service in an effective and efficient way, be customer-focused, a good communicator and able to build strong relationship with Executive Team members and other stakeholders. The role provides support to members of the Executive Team, including diary management, forward planning and handling correspondence. You will identify priorities and delegate tasks as appropriate, ensuring they are prepared for meetings and liaising to resolve issues. The role will provide a secretariat service for a number of corporate governance meetings and supports facilitating improvements in our corporate governance as needed. Office Attendance This role is contractually based at Temple Quay House, Bristol which is currently out of use due to undergoing refurbishment work. In the interim, we have the use of alternative office space in very close proximity to Bristol Temple Meads railway station. Ability to act as gatekeeper for the Executive Team and appropriately escalate issues. Effective organisational skills, working quickly and accurately.
