The Person

The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have full responsibility for all day-to-day site operations, including:
1. Leading the store in short, medium, and long-term planning.
2. Setting standards for layout, appearance, product mix, and profit protection.
3. Managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
4. Developing the business through stock management and layout to drive sales.
In return, you will be supported within a structure that provides guidance when needed and independence when appropriate. You will receive comprehensive training and be treated as a professional.
