Main duties of the job You will work within a skill mix School Nursing team, working closely with partners, such as our Health Visitors, School Nurses, Schools, GPs and Social Care, providing seamless care to the children, young people and families of Southend. You'll also have an important role in recognising and protecting vulnerable children as well as using innovative ways to communicate with the Southend population such as ChatHealth and the use of social media. The successful candidate will work within the School Nursing service ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality services to a caseload of children, young people and their families or carers, using research-based evidence to inform practice with agreed professional standards.
