What you'll be doing:
* Actively coach, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance their skills, build confidence, and drive results. Provide regular feedback and help team members achieve their full potential.
* Oversee team performance and create an environment of accountability. Help team members to exceed targets through clear expectations and motivation.
* Focus on driving significant revenue growth by ensuring that the team is well-prepared, engaged, and supported in their pursuits of high-impact accounts.
* Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Implement tools and practices that enable a streamlined sales workflow and support operational excellence.
* Work closely with Cross-Functional Teams such as: Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment in the sales process and support seamless client experiences.
Who we are looking for:
* Proven experience in a sales leadership role, focusing on team management, coaching, and development.
* Impacted business growth, utilising MEDDPICC B2B sales methodology.
* Fostered a collaborative, results-oriented culture that values continuous improvement and accountability.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and orchestrate complex sales cycles.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead by example across cross-functional teams.
* Consistent track record of impacting revenue through team empowerment.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse, interpret, and act on sales performance metrics.
* Force Management training preferred, but not required.
