We require a lot from our Negotiators but we give even more back. Whilst you'll be focusing on building relationships to really understand what our applicants are looking for from their next property, this is still a sales role and that involves a huge amount of resilience & tenacity. You'll need extremely strong communication skills and you must have an impressive work ethic.
