What You'll Bring as a Residential Support Worker:
* Previous experience in care is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided .
* A positive, caring, and reliable attitude.
* Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help.
* Enthusiasm for promoting independence and choice for Young People.
* A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Minimum age of 22, due to role requirements.
* A full UK manual driving license (essential).
