Analyze ecommerce platform performance, focusing on conversion rates, customer engagement, and sales. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Event Management: Strategically plan and execute an events calendar featuring activities such as Grotto, Circus, Cinema, garden, and food workshops to enhance customer experience. Website Management: Collaborate with the website manager to create engaging and informative content, reviewing and advising on necessary updates. Qualifications: Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment. Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing, including social media, email marketing, content creation, PPC, and event marketing. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Demonstrated experience in budget management and delivering ROI on marketing spend.
