THE ROLE /TE MAHI
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Plan and Analyst Lead to take ownership of the school’s strategic planning and implementation. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading the development and consultation of the school’s strategic and annual implementation plans.
2. Supporting teacher inquiries and professional growth cycles.
3. Providing data-driven insights for decision-making, reporting, and planning.
4. Working closely with school leaders to drive innovation and ensure alignment with the school’s mission, vision and values.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or Teaching and Learning.
* Leadership experience in the New Zealand education sector, ideally at Principal level.
* Strong classroom teaching competency.
* Knowledge of NZ curriculum and reporting obligations.
* Expertise in strategic planning, data analysis and educational technologies.
* Proficiency in NZSL (or a willingness to learn).
