You will support the Leisure club manager with Health and Safety, ensuring the smooth running of the leisure facilities. You will have the passion to assist in creating strategic direction for the club and drive membership sales to grow the business, coaching and pushing the team to achieve targets. Keeping the membership base enticed and engaged is a key part of the role, ensuring regular interaction and activities with the existing members.
