Here at Entrust, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Stafford-based team as a Music Operations Manager. In this role, you will provide support to the music service delivered in schools and multi-academy trusts across Staffordshire. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing stock and resources, delivering stock to schools using a company-owned vehicle, tracking staff timetables using software, and liaising with families, schools, and teachers to ensure the best possible service.
This is a part-time role working 15 hours a week (ideally as two full days, but this can be flexible).

What you'll be doing:
1. Being accountable for identified aspects of operational service delivery.
2. Managing stock and resources (instruments and equipment).
3. Delivering stock to schools using a company vehicle.
4. Using software to keep track of staff timetables, Service Level Agreements, assets, and payments.
5. Providing email and phone liaison with families, schools, and teachers.
6. Supporting our annual cycle of concerts, events, and CPD.
7. Supporting Music Service Managers in achieving the operational requirements of the service.
8. Responding positively to external and internal customers through various communication channels.
9. Ensuring volumes are forecasted and resource planned in preparation to meet demand.
10. Providing regular updates as requested by the Operations Manager and Head of Service.
