Title: Sales Manager – Agrochemicals
Location: Hybrid, 1 day a week in Greater London office
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + benefits
Term: Permanent

Role / Description
* Identifying, contacting and developing new business using a variety of methods
* Attending agrochemical conferences globally to continually grow market presence
* Growing existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and ultimately look to increase account spend
* Travelling approximately 1/3 of your time across the UK and Europe to visit customer sites
* Generating leads to identify new potential customers in your region
* Spending approx. 50% of your time managing existing key accounts and 50% new business development
* Maintaining and updating the database to build a global customer pool
* Keeping abreast of product development & trends in the agrochemical industry.
Requirements
* Direct experience in consultative and technical sales of crop protection/crop health products or sales of agrochemical study services
* Degree-level qualified (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Plant Biology or a closely related subject
* Experience with writing and negotiating commercial contracts
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to travel 1/3 of your time across the UK, Europe and internationally
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* A proactive approach and drive to deliver exceptional customer service
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal – fluency in other European languages would be highly desirable but not essential.
