Nuclear Consulting is seeking a high-performing person to lead and grow our nuclear new build business. The successful candidate will have an extensive network within the nuclear new build community with links to developers, technology vendors, government and major supply chain organisations. You will arrive with a clear vision of how to enact a step change in NCL's approach to new build and implement a plan for sustainable growth that will deliver immediate results.
Your background will be in delivery of nuclear new build projects in senior leadership roles and you will be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the industry with a primary focus on the UK. An understanding of the relationship between technology vendors, developers and government is essential. We will ask you to outline a plan for growth based on your own insights in the industry. You will demonstrate a balance between ambition for the future and a pragmatic view of immediate revenue growth.
