They are looking for a Recruitment Manager who can lead, develop and motivate the Industrial and Driving Branch, with support from the Senior Management Team where needed. As the manager, you will be tasked with leading by example, motivating the team, recruiting new staff members, training staff, coaching, developing and ensuring the team drive sales, servicing clients and delivering agreements. This will be a hands-on role so you will be very close to the business, clients and relationships. You will take control and ensure the division is in shape to deliver the budget set. The position will report to the senior management team who will be there to guide and support you.
