Business Development Manager
MCS Group is proud to be partnering with one of Ireland's largest brands and one of Europe's most successful family-owned businesses to recruit a Business Development Manager to their team. This person will develop a defined territory across NI with total responsibility for sales, debt, margin, and profit. Particular emphasis on sales growth with a dual focus on new account generation and loyalty growth with existing customers.
You will thrive in this role if you:
* Have 3+ years' experience in proactive field sales and achieved targets in a Foodservice environment.
* Confident, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with senior executives.
* Organised with a strategic mindset.
* Strong in data interpretation, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Familiar with CRM tools and a target-driven environment.
