How you will contribute
In this role you are a central part of our UK team. Your main tasks will include:
* Coordinate regular inventory audits
o Car Stock Counts (Generating, Maintaining & Entering)
o Internal Stock Counts (Local Warehouse)
* Stock Maintenance
o Managing the spare part stock and forecasting of a subsidiary (quantity, minimum inventory level etc.)
o Process deliveries
o Responsible for spare part reports (costs, stock rotation)
o Ensure a clean and safe warehouse environment
o Ensure and maintain accurate warehouse data with no variances
* SAP Product Management
o Internal Database Checks
o Annual process improvement initiatives
o Equipment maintenance
What you will need
* Computer literacy: SAP (highly proficient); Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Problem solving skills
* Curiosity and tenacity to explore beyond the immediate circumstances to identify further improvements
* An ability to work to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
* An ability to work quickly and accurately and most importantly, deliverance on time
* Engineering knowledge beneficial but not essential
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Following tasks through to completion
