As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversion. Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning:

Content Creation:
* Create engaging and relevant email content, including copywriting and design, to capture the attention of the target audience.
* Ensure emails are mobile-responsive, visually appealing, and in line with brand guidelines.
List Management:
* Manage and segment email subscriber lists to deliver personalized and targeted content.
* Regularly clean and update email lists to maintain deliverability and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Automation and Sequences:
* Implement marketing automation workflows and drip campaigns to nurture leads and guide subscribers through the customer journey.
* Optimize automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
A/B Testing and Optimization:
* Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, calls-to-action) to improve performance.
* Analyze data and key metrics to optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of email marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in email marketing with a focus on strategy, execution, and analysis.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools).
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
* Understanding of HTML for email template customization is a plus.
* Knowledge of best practices in deliverability, segmentation, and personalization.
