Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the entire optical department operations.
* Lead and develop your team of Optometrists and Optical assistants.
* Ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
* Review sales forecasts and department targets.
* Handle customer queries and provide high-quality patient care.
* Manage clinic operations and shop floor processes.
* Coach and develop team members, fostering a supportive environment.
Requirements
* Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with GOC.
* On track to meet CPD points requirements.
* Confident coaching and leadership skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Organized with effective time management.
