Key Responsibilities: ( The main activities / action needed to carry out the job) Leads or aligns change projects in operations and ensures alignment across all relevant functional areas within the division and at Group level. Runs Group impacting operational projects where necessary to ensure standardised operational approaches within McBride Tracks key change projects within the division and updates Group PMO on progress and resource plans Applies best practice Project Management techniques to deliver change effectively and efficiently, ensuring sponsors and key stakeholders are engaged and updated. Lead & Coach our division in Project Management principles, project delivery and change management. Track and consolidate reporting for large projects in the division (incl. key CAPEX projects). Ensure clarity on project scope, costs, timing, quality & deliverables. Organise project steer co, delivery team and SMEs where required in alignment with Project Sponsor. In conjunction with the business sponsor & functional experts, develop and have approved a scope that meets the business objectives of the project. Effectively manage scope change and track amendments to the plan. Assess root cause of scope change and assess impacts, risks, relationship to other projects. Effectively manage Projects from conception through to approval and delivery. Articulate business case & benefits as well as key measures of success in line with the relevant financial business partner. PMO: Build a close working relationship with the Group PMO to ensure that divisional operations projects are considered and known – specifically for non BAU change Communications: Develop communications strategies to ensure that all business stakeholders are informed and engaged where appropriate In line with the divisional operations team purpose: 1.
