We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and skilled Recovery Support Worker to join our new team at our Crawley Crisis Service. The service provides short stay high support accommodation for people experiencing a mental health crisis. The service will cater for 6 house guest three will be short stay overnight guest and three will be day guest who engage with the service from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.

We aim to support our service users to develop their personal coping skills, maintain their independence in the community and develop long term resilience in managing their mental health.
